Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a VIP ticket or Travel Package and attend the event?
In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website where you plan to or have purchased tickets.
All Lumineers VIP tickets must be purchased online. VIP tickets will go on-sale Monday, March 6th at 10 AM local venue time and will not require a password or code to purchase. After you click “purchase” next to your package, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order.
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout for the Lumineers VIP packages?
- Guests will have the opportunity to select a premium reserved seat or general admission ticket where available for both The Lumineers Brightside Pre-Show Experience and The Lumineers Where We Are Merchandise Package.
- Only a General Admission lawn ticket will be available with The Lumineers Lawn Experience Package.
General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them. All VIP tickets include early entry to the venue which allows GA guests to have first access to either the venue or the lawn.
A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.
The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local venue’s website for more information.
All merchandise must be picked up on-site at the local venue at the event. 100X will make this easy for you at the venue check-in as well as provide further instructions via email in the days leading up to your event. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.
For The Lumineers Brightside Pre-Show Experience, what time should I show up to the venue for the pre-show reception experience?
A few days before the event we will email you specific instructions and detailed information regarding location and time of check-in. These times may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.
Parking is not included with any of the VIP tickets. Please check your local venue’s website for all parking details.
Platinum Tickets are not VIP Tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to VIP areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to filter on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

Yes, Lumineers Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to purchase and check in at the hotel; therefore, the primary booker must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID and credit card.
They sure do! All LA Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to see The Lumineers on Friday, September 15th at the Hollywood Bowl.

The price listed on our website is the price for two (2) guests, not including taxes and fees.
Yes, there is a payment plan for the travel package! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and a final 40% payment will be automatically deducted on 4/7/2023. If you purchase after 4/7/2023, you will be charged the full payment at the time of your purchase. This is an automatic payment plan, meaning you’re on the plan simply by clicking “purchase!”
There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.
100X abides by the Loews Hollywood Hotel’s standard policies:
- Check-In: 4 PM; Check-Out: 11 AM
100X Travel Packages for The Lumineers do not include parking. Valet parking is available at the Loews Hollywood Hotel for $55/ day + tax and includes in-and-out privileges. Please visit the hotel’s website for more information.
We chose this hotel not just because it is comfortable and provides a high-quality guest experience, but also because of the close proximity to the venue. The Loews Hollywood Hotel is only 0.9 miles / 5 minutes to the Hollywood Bowl.
If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can contact 100xhospitality Guest Services to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate!

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?
After the original purchaser receives their tickets in their Ticketmaster account in the weeks leading up to the event, they have the opportunity to transfer ticket(s) to an alternative guest. Please find more details on how to transfer tickets via mobile and desktop on the Ticketmaster page here.
I transferred my digital tickets as a gift. How will the new ticket holders check into their hotel room and pick up their merchandise items?
If you have transferred your tickets, the initial purchaser will need to reach out to us at contact 100xhospitality Guest Services, using the same email address they used to purchase, and notify us of the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update their reservation.
All 100X Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we are just a bunch of people trying to make your experience better so if you email us, and we have a waiting list, we could take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we do in fact issue a refund on the package price.
